  1. Log in to the TymeBank SmartApp
  2. Select Your EveryDay Account
  3. Select ‘Account Information’
  4. Choose ‘Proof of Bank Account’: The confirmation letter will be immediately sent to your email address.

How to Get a TymeBank Confirmation Letter In-Store

  1. Visit a TymeBank Kiosk: Bring your ID with you.
  2. Request a Bank Confirmation Letter: Ask a kiosk attendant for a bank confirmation letter.
  3. Provide Required Information: Give your TymeBank account number and ID number.
  4. Receive Your Letter: The kiosk attendant will print out a bank confirmation letter for you.
