How to Send Money

- Prepare Documents and Cash: Bring your RSA bar-coded ID document and the cash amount you want to send, along with the R9.99 transaction fee.
- Information Verification: The cashier will scan your ID. Ensure that all your information, especially your cellphone number, is correct.
- Select Amount and PIN: Inform the cashier of the amount you want to send. Select a 4-digit PIN on the pinpad for your Money Market transfer.
- Receive Transfer Details: The cashier will give you a till slip with your Money Transfer number. Keep the PIN and the Money Transfer number safe and only share them with the intended recipient.
You can send up to R5,000 per day or R25,000 per month for a service fee of R9.99 per transaction. There are no additional bank charges for the recipient to withdraw the money.
