How to Withdraw Using FNB eWallet at Participating Stores
- Dial 120277*4# on your cellphone and follow the prompts.
- Receive OTP and Reference Number: You will automatically receive a one-time PIN (OTP) and a reference number via SMS. Note that the OTP expires after 30 minutes.
- Inform the Cashier: When at the store, inform the cashier of the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Provide Your Cellphone Number: The cashier will ask for your cellphone number.
- Enter OTP: Input the OTP you received into the card machine to complete the transaction.
