If your bank is not listed in DStv’s automatic cancellation options, you can cancel your debit order by sending the necessary documentation via email or fax.
Required Documentation
- Proof of Banking: Provide one of the following:
- A recent bank statement
- A bank-stamped letter
- A canceled cheque
- For Third-Party Payments: If you are paying on behalf of someone else, include:
- Proof of banking as mentioned above
- A copy of the bank account holder’s ID
- A signed 3rd Party Authority to Debit form (PDF – 210KB)
