- Any errors should be reported to the DBE before 21 February 2025 to ensure the accuracy of final certificates.
2. Checking Results Online
- Results can also be accessed online via the DBE’s official website from 6:00 AM on the day of release.
- Candidates will need their examination number to log in and view their results.
- In the case of technical issues or missing results, learners should contact their schools or exam centres immediately.
Handling Discrepancies or Errors
If candidates notice any discrepancies or have missing results, these issues should be reported to the DBE within 30 days of the release date to allow time for investigation.
Re-Mark and Re-Check Applications
Learners who feel their results do not reflect their performance can apply for a re-mark or re-check of their exam scripts.
