You can make cardless cash withdrawals at any FNB ATM using the FNB App. No need for you to walk around with a wallet full of cards. The FNB App gives you instant access to your bank accounts, offering you the convenience of banking anywhere, anytime, even without your ATM card!

Withdraw Using USSD (*120*321#)

  1. Dial *120*321# from your cellphone.
  2. Enter your Cellphone Banking PIN.
  3. Select ‘Banking.’
  4. Select ‘Withdraw Cash.’
  5. Select the account from which you wish to withdraw money.
  6. Confirm your transaction.
  7. An OTP (One Time Pin) and ATM instructions will be sent to your cellphone.
  8. Go to the nearest FNB ATM, select ‘Cardless Services,’ ‘Withdraw From FNB Account,’ and follow the prompts.

Withdraw Using the FNB Banking App

  1. Enter your Cellphone Banking PIN.
  2. Select ‘Banking.’
  3. Select ‘Withdraw Cash.’
  4. Select the account from which you wish to withdraw money.
  5. Confirm your transaction.
  6. An OTP (One Time Pin) and ATM instructions will be sent to your cellphone.
  7. Visit the nearest FNB ATM, select ‘Cardless Services,’ ‘Withdraw From FNB Account,’ and follow the prompts.

Withdraw Using eWallet

Withdraw Cash at Selected Retailers

You can also withdraw cash at selected retailers, including SPAR stores. Here’s how you can do it using your cellphone:

  1. Dial *120*277*4# and follow the steps.
  2. You will automatically receive a one-time PIN (OTP) and a reference number on your cellphone (the OTP expires after 30 minutes).
  3. Inform the cashier of the amount you wish to withdraw.
  4. The cashier will ask for your cellphone number.
  5. Enter the OTP you received into the card machine.
  6. Collect your cash from the cashier.
